Return Window
All products are eligible for return within 14 days of purchase, subject to the conditions outlined below.
Fragrance Oils
Return Conditions:
· Bottles must be completely unopened and unused
· Original packaging must be intact
· Product must be in its original, resalable condition
· Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required
· Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
Please note: We cannot accept returns of opened fragrance oil bottles for health and safety reasons.
Diffusers
Return Conditions:
· The diffusers machine must be unused and in original condition with all packaging intact
· Factory defects must be documented with photos
· Proof of purchase is required
· There will be no refunds on used diffusers
What We Accept:
· Diffusers intact and unused in original packaging with no scratches or stains
· Diffusers with verified manufacturing defects
What We Do Not Accept:
· Diffusers damaged by customer use or mishandling
· Diffusers broken due to drops, spills, or improper use
· Opened products without manufacturing defects
Fees:
· A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund
· Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
Shipping Costs
Customer pays for return shipping for all returns. However, if the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, damaged during shipping, etc.), the return shipping fee may be waived. Please contact us to arrange prepaid return shipping in these cases.
Return Process
1. Contact our customer service team within 14 days of purchase
2. Provide your order number and reason for return
3. Include photos if claiming a defect
4. Await return authorization before shipping items back
5. Ship items back with tracking

Refund Processing
Refunds will be issued after the product is received at our warehouse and inspected to ensure it meets return policy requirements. Once approved, refunds (minus applicable
restocking fees) will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
